机票退票“新政”本月实施 旅客退机票无须掐时间

从7月1日起,部分航空公司的国内航班退票手续费已开始按购票折扣收取,而不是按退票距离航班起飞的剩余时间来收取。这意味着旅客一旦因各种原因没赶上飞机而希望退票时,就不必蒙受高昂的经济损失。 

 过去收取退票手续费是以退票时间为准,比例是按照不含机场建设费和燃油附加费的机票价格来计算的:如起飞前24小时,收取相当于机票价格5%的手续费;起飞前24小时至2小时,收取10%手续费;起飞前2小时内,收取20%手续费;起飞后收取50%手续费。所以,一旦旅客由于堵车没赶上航班而想退票时,都要蒙受相当于机票价格一半的经济损失。

  不过,东航、国航服务热线的工作人员表示,从7月1日起,退票规定已有所变化,手续费按照购票折扣来计算。南航服务热线则表示,该公司目前实施的退票规定,已结合了购票折扣和退票时间。当然,退票应该在出票日开始的1年之内,要退的飞机票签注栏也不应有“不得退票”字样。此外,如果是在机票代理点购买飞机票,退票时还可能要另交一笔手续费。

  业内人士认为,随着“天地竞争”日趋激烈,除了票价上的真刀真枪“对决”,服务的竞争也越来越重要,航空公司在退票手续费上表现出灵活性,争夺旅客的意图非常明显。

生煎馒头

上海称包子为馒头,因此,生煎馒头实为生煎包子。用半发酵面包馅,排放平底锅内,用油煎,喷水若干次即熟。其底部色金黄、硬香带脆,馒身白色,软而松,肉馅鲜嫩稍带卤汁,咬嚼时还有芝麻或葱的香味。以出锅热吃为佳。
  生煎馒头原为茶楼、老虎灶(开水店)兼营品种。馅心以鲜猪肉加皮冻为主。20世纪30年代后,上海饮食业有了生煎馒头的专业店,馅心花色也增加了鸡肉、虾仁等多种品种。
生煎馒头可以说是土生土长的上海点心,据说已有上百年的历史。生煎用的是半发酵的面粉报上鲜肉和肉皮冻,一排排地放在平底锅里油煎,在煎制过程中还要淋几次凉水,最后撒上葱花和芝麻就大功告成了。
